We’ll produce development constraints plans, investigate title and other third party rights, draft and negotiate conditional planning acquisition agreements, forward funding and sale agreements, option agreements, overage agreements, heads of terms for pre-lets, agreements for lease, construction documents and the planning and highways agreements.
We act for some of the industry’s leading commercial real estate investors including funds, private property companies, private family offices and high net worth individuals, both onshore and offshore. We deal with all aspects of the acquisition, financing, management and disposal of directly and indirectly held assets.
Debt finance these days seems to generate longer and longer facility agreements with more and more hoops one has to jump through (CPs to satisfy). We’ll negotiate the finance and security documents and take care of the various subordination/intercreditor agreements and ancillary paperwork.
Corporate and Joint Ventures
We act for owner-managed businesses, venture capital providers and those who find and manage the transactions. We have detailed knowledge and considerable experience in drafting and negotiating complex share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, equity loan agreements and asset management/development management agreements for both onshore and offshore structures. We will also do the related employment work.
