We have detailed knowledge and considerable experience in drafting and negotiating complex share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, equity loan agreements and asset management/development management agreements for both onshore and offshore structures.   • We represent a well-known London based European real estate venture capital provider and have negotiated scores of JV agreements for real estate transactions whether stand-alone or for ‘fighting fund’ deals with rights of first look using various onshore and offshore vehicles. These include JVs for planning and flip plays, retail and office development and investment, hotel and shopping centre acquisitions, student housing development, residential development etc with equity commitments ranging from £10m-£150m
  • Acting for a prime residential developer forming a JV with one of the Candy brothers
  • Acting for a strategic land developer forming a JV with Topland
  • Acting for a UK residential developer forming a JV with Mumbai’s biggest residential developer, Ajmera
